We live together, we are all being constanly recreated at the atomic level, breathing particals of one another in and out, trading mass, not only with one another but with all of everything...the air contains particals of everything..To begin to make this world a better world, begin with you..Relize when you stink you are rude, when you take care of yourself you are respecting yourself aand everything else..Your sence of self worth is expressed in how well kept you are...How can one respect some one that does not respect themselves?
